Climate Change

Climate includes patterns of temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind and seasons. "Climate change" affects more than just a change in the weather; it refers to seasonal changes over a long period of time. These climate patterns play a fundamental role in shaping natural ecosystems, and the human economies and cultures that depend on them.

Since then, we always heard about how to manage proper segregation of waste materials, plant trees. We keep on hearing same reminders inside and outside the school but we never tend to learn how to do it properly. As years passed, out of concern, we didn't notice that our environment suffers from our wrong acts. Climates have changed considerably during the earth’s history. It was being shown by the past study, thorough the record of rocks and fossils. Several theories have been advanced to explain climatic change overtime. There are many factors that affects climate, yet for me, man has the ability to influence climate change. Here are the causes of "Climate Change" and it includes: agriculture and cattle-raising, dams and mega projects, forest fires, Illegal and legal logging, mangroves and shrimp farming, mining, oil and gas production and usage, and plantations. Global warming, and slash-and-burn farming as the other aggravating factors in the presence of powerful natural disasters that inflicts great damage to properties, source of livelihood and infrastructures all over the planet especially the South Asia and South East Asia.

So, even though it sounds irritating, always put in our mind that “We are the key to a beautiful environment”. We should help each other, we do our part and not just to rely all the responsibilities to our environmentalist who are seeking ways in which human can live and prosper without damaging the environment for future generations. I hope that we are learning from the calamities that we are experiencing right now.

English Month

English Language has been a very useful language. It is used for tourism in the Philippines as well as when one gets out from our archipelagos. It is widely used by many of the countries around the globe to communicate and have agreements for peace and business. English language is truly the biggest and the strongest rope to tie as one.

The theme of the English Month is “Outpouring Hearts and Minds through Literacy and English Proficiency".

Putting yourself in a literary piece is not simple. It requires you to possess emotions so that the readers will feel what your piece was for.

And to be able to cope the attention of the readers, you must put your heart not only your mind in your literary piece.

Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities

EREO
Every man, woman, and child deserve equal rights, equal opportunity, equal dignity without discrimination.

Gender equality and women’s empowerment are fundamental to the global mission of the United Nations to achieve equal rights and dignity for all. But equality for women and girls is also an economic and social imperative. Until women and girls are liberated from poverty and injustice, all our goals, peace, security, sustainable development, stand in jeopardy.

Let's continue to fight for our rights for equality until there was nothing else to fight for. equal opportunities and equal rights are purely power relationships and power is not simply given away.

For every RIGHT ACTION, there is EQUAL RIGHT OPPORTUNITY.

Second Grading

Invigorating

Second grading ended, but for me, it opened what I really wanted to learn in ICT IV. This is the start that opened the door of the art of Hypertext Mark-up Language files for me.

Firstly, how browser display pages were discussed. Who makes and what are the most essential web standards were introduced. HTML editors were listed. And the most exciting part for me, different HTML tags were taught to us. We were tested by the exercises/activities on web pages for very first time, All of this made my second grading period.

Before I am going to end my post, may I congratulate our teacher, Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz!! Thank you ma’am for an invigorating second grading period. Hope that third grading will surmount the joy in second grading.

My Teacher My Hero

My Teacher My Hero
Where do I begin?

Do you know that heroes don't always dress in a superhero suit? A hero can wear anything and they can be as simple as we are. Everyone can be a hero, not necessarily save lives but we can be heroes on our own way. But did you know that heroes are hard to find? I found my hero and she is a teacher.May I introduce you my hero.

Most of us define them as chalk and eraser, paper and pencil, because what they only have to save us are those not like Iron Man using his ultimate suit, Spider Man with its fantastic webs, but for me they are life. Leading characters in stories saves lives when darkness arrives, but teachers save lives before the dark arrives and enlightens lives in the darkness. Most of the characters in the stories use supernatural powers that no one can imagine but teachers only use their hands, their mouth, and their mortal body. A teacher teaches how to work, how to become a good student.

They may not be like those superheroes on television that have super powers, but for me they are not only a hero but a friend that can be trusted. Teachers save our history, nurture our present, and give us future. They are our true hero. I salute them!
